Because we're spending before we're earning, we're selective about who we work with. We only take on campaigns we believe in — partners with a strong product, a capable sales team, and a database we're confident we can work. We can't afford to get that wrong any more than you can.
Every active campaign takes real ongoing attention — building, monitoring, optimising, adjusting. We run a limited number at any one time and we intend to keep it that way. This isn't a volume play. When you're a Gas Punks partner, you get the full focus of the system, not a corner of it.
In return for taking on all of that risk and doing all of that work, we ask for a share of the revenue we generate from leads that were previously generating you nothing. The exact structure is agreed upfront — a percentage of closed sales, a fee per qualified appointment, or a combination of both depending on your sector and deal size.
There's no standard rate card. There's no nominal fee designed to look small and scale up later. Just a straightforward conversation about what's fair — and a partnership where we both win or neither of us does.

Depending on your sector, your average deal value, and what makes most sense for both parties, the structure will typically be one of the following:
● A percentage of closed sales generated from your reactivated leads — you pay us a share of the revenue we directly produce.
● A fee per qualified attended appointment — a fixed amount for every lead we deliver to your sales team who shows up ready to talk.
● A combination of both — a smaller per-appointment fee plus a percentage on conversion, giving both parties a stake in the full outcome.
